Description

Title: Antecedents and Effects of Cohousing
A Study of Cohousing Communities and Forming Groups in the United States :: Five-Year Annual Survey

Come join the Cohousing Research Network's (CRN) Heidi M. Berggren, PhD for an Overview of Phase 1 Results in the first in series of events where CRN will share some exciting high-level results from the Cohousing Research Network's recent communities survey!

Every 5 years or so, CRN takes on this many months long project to update its survey and send it out to most, if not all, of the Cohousing Communities. Each time a new survey is created, more relevant sections and questions are added, and delightfully more folks respond! There is lots more data to share this time around.

Also we are using this opportunity to do some fundraising to support CRN - the research arm of the Cohousing Association. Funds are used the pay for operational costs. We have made the event ticket complimentary. As an educational nonprofit, we need and very much appreciate donations! If you are able and willing to support us, please do so. The option will present itself prior to completing the "ticket purchase". Confirmation email for donation and another with link to join will be sent.

We look forward to (virtually) seeing you, sharing our presentation and findings!

in community,

The Cohousing Research Network (CRN), the research arm of the Cohousing Association of the U.S. (Coho/US), aims to be a global resource center for cohousing research. Founded in 2011 at the National Cohousing Conference in Washington, D.C., CRN was created through collaboration among researchers from around the world, united by the belief that cohousing research should be as collaborative as cohousing itself.

CRN is currently in conversation with the newly formed Research Institute for Community-led Housing (RICLH) to expand the scope of research. For more information, visit our website: [https://www.cohousingresearchnetwork.org](https://www.cohousingresearchnetwork.org).
