Join us for a unique event, The Douceur Experience, where you can indulge in an enlightening dance journey.. This isn't your typical class, training, or workshop. This is an immersive experience. designed to help you create an outer body dance experience.
We are hosting this event at the renowned Dance Life Studio, a beautiful and inspiring setting located in the heart of San Antonio, Texas. This venue offers a conducive environment for learning and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
What to Expect
The workshops:
Have you ever finished a dance with someone and thought "what did they do to me?" or someone asked you, "what did you do to me?" At The Douceur Experience, that question will be demystified for you in 5 hours of total workshop time with a practicum.
Mindfulness DOUCEUR is a next level approach that combines energy aspects, techniques and musicality to help dancers experience feelings as amazing as possible. A sensorial trip in line with respect and trust, where both leader & follower connect authentically to each other with openness and caring to musically express themselves with micro-movements and energy vibration. A journey to transcend time, space and reality for alignment, enlightenment & bliss.
