In this class, our in-house sommelier, Nikki Goldstein, will offer a brief history of wines from France and Italy. She then will lead you in tasting three amazing classic wines, complete with a fabulous food pairing. By the end of class, you'll have decided on a winner ... or at least enjoyed a wonderful evening and lively conversation!

What To Expect
January debate will be French classic wines vs Italian classic. This experience will start with a welcome glass of French Champagne. You will enjoy a brief history on wine for each of these classic regions, as well as, taste the wines. You will enjoy three wines each with a fabulous food pairing!
