“You’ll be stunned by the breathtaking vocals of Belinda Davids,” said Sharon Brass, producer at The Barnhill Center. “Even if you are not a Whitney fan, you’ll be captivated by Belinda’s voice, her beauty, her grace and her spot-on interpretation of the musical legacy. As I experienced this show for myself, I was filled with joy and nostalgia.”
The two-hour production takes you on a heartfelt journey through Whitney’s greatest hits including ‘I Will Always Love You’, ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody’, ‘How Will I Know’, ‘One Moment in Time’, ‘I Have Nothing’, ‘Run to You’, ‘Didn’t We Almost Have It All’, ‘Greatest Love of All’, ‘I’m Every Woman’, ‘Queen of the Night’, ‘Exhale (Shoop Shoop)’, ‘Million Dollar Bill’ and more.
Belinda Davids started life in the small coastal town of Port Elizabeth in South Africa and she began performing professionally at just 14 years of age. Her early career took her to Los Angeles where she became a backup singer for important artists like Keri Hilson, Keyshia Cole and Monica.
In 2013 John Van Grinsven, creator and producer of Showtime Australia’s The Greatest Love Of All, was on his final round of global auditions to find a star for the new production. Belinda won the marquee role over almost 15,000 other hopefuls.
In the UK in 2018, Belinda reached another milestone when she debuted a special orchestral concert series of The Greatest Love of All, accompanied by The National Philharmonic Concert Orchestra. This show was taken to some of the continent’s most iconic venues, including the Hammersmith Apollo.
In 2023, Belinda delighted the judges and audience on “Spain’s Got Talent” where she won the golden buzzer. Check it out here!
