Exhibitor Pricing

Our Exhibitor Tables are priced as follows:

TIER 3: Rear of Venue Tables - $125

TIER 2: Middle Rows - $150

TIER 1:  Front Rows - $200

Each Vendor Booth Includes:

  • (1) 8ft Table
  • 2 Chairs
  • 2 Vendor Passes
  • FREE VENDOR PARKING

Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The sooner you secure your spot, the greater your choice of location within the show floor.

Please Note:

  • Once your table location is assigned, it cannot be changed.
  • We recommend familiarizing yourself with the show floor layout to pick the best spot for your needs.

Commitment and Cancellation Policy:

By securing your payment, you're confirming your participation in the show. Unfortunately, refunds are not available in case of cancellation.

We encourage you to review your schedule before booking carefully.

 

How To Apply?

  • See table/section sizes on the floor plan.
  • Select the number of tables you would like to purchase and proceed to checkout.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your receipt of purchase.
  • You will receive a 2nd email within 48 hours with your assigned section/table number(s).
  • Exhibitor Packets, Credentials, and Badges will be distributed during set-up on the morning of the event.
