Washington, D.C. – The South Carolina State Society (SCSS) will hold the 2025 Palmetto Presidential Inaugural Ball will be held on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at the Smithsonian American Art Museum (SAAM).
The Palmetto Presidential Inaugural Ball, formerly known as the South Carolina Inaugural Ball, is one of the most highly-anticipated and well-attended events of the inauguration season. This will be the seventh Ball hosted by the SCSS with 2,000 attendees expected to join the celebration.
The historic Smithsonian American Art Museum (SAAM) is located at the heart of a vibrant downtown cultural district and presents American art from the eighteenth century to the present. SCSS hosted the 2017 Presidential Inaugural Ball in this space and is thrilled to be returning eight years later.

A limited number of presale tickets will be available for a discounted price in October and regularly priced tickets will be available after the election. Please note that all tickets are nonrefundable but can be transferred to another individual if you are no longer able to attend the event.
