DESCRIPTION:
Embark on a captivating journey through the fascinating landscape of human sexuality with our Poly Pages Book Club! We’ll be exploring nonfiction works, and delve deep into the intricacies of desire, identity, and intimacy. Join us as we navigate the ever-evolving terrain of sexuality, fostering understanding, acceptance, and empowerment along the way.
For the month of June, we will be reading through the third edition of The Ethical Slut by Janet W. Hardy and Dossie Easton. The Ethical Slut has been known as the “Poly Bible” and is often used as a guide for individuals/couples who are curious about moving into the world of non monogamous relationships. If you’ve ever been curious about polyamory and its practices this book is right up your alley!
We will be reading one part per meeting, following the schedule below:
Wednesday June 12th: Part One - Welcome (Chapters 1 - 7)
Wednesday June 19th: Part Two - The Practice of Sluthood (Chapters 8 - 14)
Wednesday June 26th: Part Three - Navigating Challenges (Chapters 15 - 18)
Wednesday July 3rd: NO MEETING FOR 4TH OF JULY
Wednesday July 10th: Part Four - Sluts in Love & Conclusion (Chapters 19 - 24)
