There is a way through every block! This is an introduction to  Inner Field Trip ® and part 3 of a 3 part series: From Fear to Trust, From Anger to Empowerment, From Grief to Reverence. You may take all three, or each workshop individually. These are longer versions of Relax, Reflect + Recharge, and you will ge guided through an experience of Art, Meditation + Movement with an emphasis on block printing as the medium.. The material fee includes a copy of book, Inner Field Trip ®, block print material, paper, paint, and use of block-printing tools

6 participants are welcome to this workshop, to foster an open and creative experience.
