Tomahawk Of Texas Enterprises is a family oriented company that was formed in 2021 by business partners Kris Ball and Cody Tayloe of Lufkin, Texas, in response to community demand for fun and safe entertainment activities for children, youth, and families of East Texas and the surrounding areas.  Ball, a former amateur wrestler and wrestling enthusiast, began developing the concept for a quality, family friendly, wrestling show that would appeal to a wider audience outside of the typical wrestling spectator, which ultimately led to the development of Tomahawk Professional Wrestling.

While Tomahawk Of Texas Enterprises is a for-profit business, nearly 100% of all proceeds are reinvested into the community to support demand and provide entertainment, amusement, and lifestyle events and activities for the families of East Texas.
