After a hugely successful stint at the Village Playhouse last year covering the iconic Fleetwood Mac, Tweed and Company is thrilled to announce that Tommy Youngsteen is returning! This time, North America’s premier Classic Rock tribute band will be there in full form to bring you all the hits from THE BAND. They’ll be paying tribute to the legendary Canadian rock group with songs like It Makes No Difference, The Shape I’m In, Up on Cripple Creek, and much more!
Named one of Toronto’s Best Cover bands (Indie 88), their members and alumni come from Juno-winning Canadian acts including The Stills, Stars, The Sam Roberts Band, The Dears, Sloan, Serena Ryder Band, The Trews, and The Arkells. They’ve logged well over 5000 shows over the past ten years with their respective groups, playing from Canada to Japan and everywhere in between! They’ve opened and shared the bill with some of the world’s greatest musicians like Sir Paul McCartney, The Eagles, Aerosmith, The Rolling Stones, AC/DC, and Coldplay. They’ve played all the Late Night shows including Jimmy Fallon, The Conan O’Brien Show, David Letterman, and Jay Leno. And together, the band has played for all the biggest corporate names including the Toronto International Film Festival, Puma, Converse, Red Bull, The Drake Hotel, HBO, and F1 Racing.

TWEED & COMPANY Theatre is a registered charity, and is a creator and producer of Original Canadian Musical Theatre, as well as quality professional grassroots regional theatre. The company has been active since the fall of 2009, and has produced several large scale original Canadian musicals, as well as countless other Canadian productions. Tweed & Company is based in Hastings County, and owns and operates The Marble Arts Centre, as well as operating the Bancroft Village Playhouse, and the Tweed & Company Outdoor Stage.
