Join us for our first ever, Shawn O'Donnell's Premier Private Four Course Dinner & Top Shelf Whiskey Experience. The event will be hosted at our Everett location in our private banquet room on Wednesday, December 11th at 6pm.
Our in house whiskey enthusiast, Jim Stephanson will be pairing up with Executive Head Chef, Peter Ryan to create a unique and unforgettable experience. Guests will start the evening with a welcome cocktail, followed by three, .75 oz pours of Premium Irish Whiskey, tasting notes and discussion through out the evening. We'll dive in to each whiskey, while providing an atmosphere for conversation as well. We will taste the whiskey through out an exquisite Four Course Dinner Experience.
We will be featuring an outstanding line up of Irish Whiskeys, with unique flavor profiles & limited releases.
- Jameson Black Barrel (in an Old Fashioned Cocktail)
- Writer's Tears Ice Wine Cask
- Tyrconnell 10 Year Sherry Cask
- Connemara 12 Year
Dinner will feature;
- Appetizer: Jumbo Prawn Cocktail
- Starter Salad: Baby Gem Greens, Roasted Tomato Vinaigrette, Goat Cheese, Crispy Prosciutto, Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
- Entrée: Roasted Tenderloin, Rainbow Potatoes, Herbed Wild Mushrooms, Peppercorn Demi Glace
- Dessert: House made Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Coulis
Tickets are $95 per person and you must be 21 or older to join. This will make a great holiday gift or gathering as well. Seating will be assigned, please email Molly@shawnodonnells.com if you have specific seating you would like and we'll happily accommodate keeping groups together.
