PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE:
There is no better place to spend the holidays than Willow Glen! One of the best things about Willow Glen is the festive spirit of the nearby neighborhoods with the traditional yard trees and other fun decorations. Returning to Downtown Willow Glen for the holidays is the fun, old fashioned trolley car that you can ride to view the holiday lights!
Location to board the trolley car will be front of Bank of America, 1245 Lincoln Ave. And don't forget there is plenty of FREE public parking available right there in the Bank of America lot, courtesy of the Willow Glen Business Association.
Please note - you will receive an email notification of your ticket purchase and your name will be on the list at check in.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Do we need to purchase a ticket for our infant?
A: Children 2 and under are free, but must sit on a lap during the ride.
Q: How many people can fit on a trolley car?
A: The trolley car can seat 32 people total.
Q: Can I bring my dog? What if it is a lap dog?
A: Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed on the trolley.
Q: How long is the ride?
A: The ride is 30 minutes long. Please plan to arrive early for check-in since rides have a firm start time.
Q: Can I bring food or drink on the trolley?
A: No food is permitted on the trolley. Only drinks with a secure lid will be allowed. Keep in mind the trolley is used for multiple rides a night, so please clean up after yourselves when you leave.
Q: What if we can no longer use our tickets?
A: Please notify us at least 72 hours before your ride time, we will issue a full refund. Refunds will NOT be issued within 72 hours of your ride, or missing the trolley due to tardiness.
Q: Does it get cold?
A: Yes! Dress warmly (and festive!) or bring a blanket, most of the Trolley is open to the elements.
Q: Will the rides be cancelled because of rain?
A: No, the rides will not be cancelled due to rain. If there is inclement weather, a more enclosed vehicle (luxury bus) may be used to keep all passengers safe and dry. You will be notified of the change 24 hours before your ride. We will do everything in our power to have the trolley available.
