Description
Find a deeper connection between body and mind through guided movement. Our goal is to remain present and create alignment.
The class will start with short meditation, mindful warmup followed by dynamic flow. The practice will end with a couple of restorative poses and savasana (relaxation).
We have the necessary equipment so just show up with comfy clothing!
