Join Certified Yoga Instructor Adonia Garvin of Satori Yoga as she guides you through a 60 minute fun and playful flow sequenced for all levels. A great way to support 2 local businesses at the same time! Following our yoga practice, the Tasting Room and kitchen will open where you can grab a refreshing pint of brew and delicious food.
No prior yoga experience necessary. Just bring a mat and an open mind!
