The Brighton & Hove Food Partnership's Community Kitchen is a cookery school where everyone can cook, learn new skills and enjoy food with others. We want everyone to experience the benefits of cooking and eating together. By paying for a cookery class, you help other people to attend cookery activities, regardless of finance, confidence or ability, and to make lasting changes to their lives.
Description
Divine goodies await you at the end of this class, where you will learn innovative techniques for tasty treats made without dairy and eggs.
In this baking workshop, you will learn how to make:
- Perfectly flaky vegan shortcrust pastry
- Swedish-style melt in the mouth cardamom biscuits
- No-egg lemon curd tarts
- Savoury tarts served as a light tea during the session
