Violet Bowdle

“Violet Clare is a 19-year-old singer-songwriter originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan. She has been writing for as long as she can remember, whether it be novels or poems, but her passion has lain with music since the tender age of 11 when she taught herself to play the ukulele. With a uniquely sweet voice, Violet shares intimate stories through clever and raw lyricism, drawing inspiration from the likes of Elliott Smith, Jeff Tweedy, Bob Dylan, and Aimee Mann. She is now coming off of her recent performances at LAUNCH Music Conference/Festival and Bitter Jester Music Festival.”

Underwear is the solo project of multi-instrumentalist Annalise Panken. Words and phrases used to describe Underwear include but are not limited to: spiky, lo-fi, creepy, certainly something, Beatles-esque, and shit sandwich.
