The conference including the WEDA Awards Ceremony will take place in the Norman Worthington Conference Center at Saint Martin's University in Lacey, WA. Onsite parking is free and available.
LEGISLATIVE RECEPTION:
Our Legislative Reception will be held at the Governor's Mansion on Capitol Hill and will include state legislators from across Washington. All conference registrants are automatically registered for the Legislative Reception. IMPORTANT NOTE: We have nearly reached capacity limits for the WEDA Legislative Reception on February 28; all attendees who registerd by February 20 and a few more will be included in the Reception. Conference registrants after February 20 will be notified if they have been placed on a waiting list for the Reception and we will notify you as spots open up. We will also have a special WEDA After Hours reception open to all.

During the conference, we will celebrate winners of the 2024 Washington Economic Development Association Economic Development Awards. Nominations will be accepted until 5:00 pm, February 9, 2024. The award nomination form is available here.
ONLINE PLATFORM:
Although the conference will be in-person, we are once again partnering with Swapcard, an innovative global company with a presence in Kirkland, WA to provide an engaging online experience including access to the agenda, speaker biographies, networking opportunities and interactive polling during the conference.
If you are unable to attend the conference in person, you may donate your registration fee to WEDA or receive a full refund prior one week out from the event and a 50% refund within one week of the event. We also accept replacement names but we need to receive those as soon as possible, please and no later than noon on February 23. For cancelations or replacements, please email info@wedaonline.org.
