We are proud to present the 2nd annual Chris Sacks Band “What would Jimmy Buffett do?” concert 2025 tour on August 23, 2025, as we pay tribute to Jimmy Buffett..
The Chris Sacks Band will be performing with Coral Reefer Band members Doyle Grisham, Nadirah Shakoor, Roger Bartlett and Tina Gullickson playing all of your favorite Jimmy Buffett songs. Opening act Emily Guemple.

VIP tickets- $150.00 each and will remain at this price until they are sold out. There will be no rate increases on VIP tickets.

- Designated and separate VIP only seating area, closest to stage with seats provided. VIP section will be strictly monitored and enforced. For VIP members only.
- VIP only bar and bartenders
- VIP only bathrooms

: Tickets at the door $75.00
: VIP Admission- Through front door 4pm. Seats are provided.
: VIP Meet and Greet- 5pm-6:15pm
: General Admission- Gates open 5:30pm. Camp style/portable chairs are allowed.
: Opening Act- 6:15pm-6:45pm
: Main Event- 7pm-9pm
: There will be designated offsite parking with shuttle busses available to and from the event.
: No outside food, drink or any other paraphernalia will be allowed in the venue.

: No large bags , backpacks or purses. Only small purses will be allowed. All bags and chairs are subject to security check upon entry.
: Wristbands Will be given at ticket check in. Wristbands must be worn at all times while in the event area. This will be strictly enforced.
: If you leave the designated event area, you must repurchase tickets to be admitted back into the event.
: There will be designated smoking areas.
: This is a rain or shine event
: All rules are in place to keep all patrons and staff safe.
