Share Public tastings of different whiskies from around the world with a heavy focus on Australian distilleries.
In-person tastings are held regularly at the Midnight Hotel in Braddon, Canberra.
Virtual tastings are held from time to time.
Description
Distilled at an award winning Tasmanian distillery, and fully aged in specially selected hand crafted French and American oak casks carefully matured at 1200 metres above sea level in the unspoiled environment of the Australian Snowy Mountains.
Snowy Mountains Spirits ages their whiskies in a selection of ex-Bourbon barrels from Kentucky, Australian Tawny (Port) barrels, Australian fortified Apera (Sherry) casks, and rum casks.
Join the man from the Snowy Mountains, Mark Newton, this July as he brings a selection of Snowy Mountains Spirits' latest bottlings - it's sure to be an amazing evening of whisky and conversation!

The Food:
A cheese & charcuterie selection with locally sourced produce from Canberra and the Southern Tablelands is provided for each attendee at in-person events. Please advise us via email if you have any allergies or dietary requirements that we need to be aware of.
The First Edition bar at the Novotel Canberra will also be offering every attendee a discount off all food and drinks before, during, and after our Whisky Flights event - simply show your ticket at the bar when ordering to receive your discount!
