All tours are from 10 AM to 12:00 or 12:30, Tuesday through Saturday, May 14-September 25. Although we try to keep the tours at two hours in length, there are times they run longer.
Come visit the ranch and take a tour to see the beautiful wild Wyoming Mustangs.
Tours are by appointment only! Advanced booking is required. Two person minimum. Private ranch, no drive-in guests will be accommodated. There is no access to the ranch without a tour reservation.
Tours are done in a variety of vehicle types over rough range.
These are group tours of up to 14 people. Private Tours are not available at this time.
Wild horses love rocky areas, wet areas, plains and hills so expect some jostling, dust, insects, wind and aromas. If you are prone to motion sickness or if any of these items may be an issue, please discuss with us when making your reservation.
Tours will often be done in a modified pickup truck fitted with bench seating in the rear. If you don’t easily fit into an airline economy seat (for example), or if you require special accommodations, you must identify this to us at the time of reservation. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs with the equipment that we have available at any time. It is important for you to discuss these needs before making reservations.
Tours will vary slightly in length dependent upon where the herd has decided to graze and the terrain. Guests are expected to bring their own water, etc. Weather can vary quickly next to The Snowy Range - prepare accordingly with jacket/coat, rain gear, suntan lotion, bug spray etc., as you feel needed.
