Willow Glen Beer Walk 2023
Join us for an afternoon of tasting great beer and strolling Downtown Willow Glen at our Beer Walk on Saturday, August 19th from 2- 5 pm.
Please note the Beer Walk will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be given if it rains.

Ticket Price:
Advance tickets are $35 each (plus fees). If you are purchasing 10 or more advance tickets for a group then tickets are $30 each (plus fees).
The price of this item includes sales tax reimbursement computed to the nearest mill.
If there are any tickets still available the day of the event they will be $40 (plus fees).
What's Included:
Beer glass, wristband, and map to all the tasting sites.
When and Where to Check-in
Check-in for the event will open at 12:00 pm (event begins at 2 pm) so you can come early to avoid long lines and grab some lunch at one of our great restaurants before heading out to taste beer. Check-in location - Bank of America Parking lot, 1245 Lincoln Ave - check-in will close at 4pm.
Please do not forget your ID, as we will check ID for ALL attendees. At check-in you will receive a wristband, beer glass and a map to all of the tasting sites.
Food
Please drink responsibly and taste on a full stomach! Unfortunately, the Health Dept. does not allow tasting sites that are not restaurants to serve anything other than pre-wrapped individual servings of non-potentially-hazardous snacks, so most sites will not have much food to offer to you. We open check-in two hours before the event so you can relax and have lunch at one of our great restaurants before the event.
Bathrooms
Most of our tasting sites are fairly small businesses so do not have bathroom facilities that can handle a crowd so their bathrooms will not be available to Beer Walk attendees. Port-o-lets for Beer Walk attendees will be located at the back of the Bank of America parking lot.
Parking
Please consider taking a yellow cab or Uber or Lyft to the event instead of driving. If you do drive to the event please note that no ticket is needed for designated drivers accompanying you who will not be tasting. Free public parking is available in the Bank of America parking lot (disregard the 2 hour signs for that day). There are a few other lots in Downtown Willow Glen that also have parking or you can park on a nearby side street. Just be sure to NOT park behind CVS or Orange Theory Fitness or you may be towed.
If it's a Beer Walk why can't I walk with beer?
ABC regulations prohibit walking between tasting sites with any beer in your glass. Thank you for either pouring out or consuming beer at each tasting site before strolling on to the next site!
Can I bring my baby?
We get asked this a lot! Sure, you can bring your baby to the beer walk. Please just be cautious with strollers as many of the businesses participating as tasting sites are somewhat small.
Does my friend who will not be drinking need a ticket?
No, anyone tagging along who will not be tasting wine does not need a ticket.
Refunds
Refunds will be given if requested a minimum of 48 hours before the event.
No refunds will be given if it rains, since the event will be held rain or shine.
