This refreshing welcome cocktail combines white wine, lemon juice, Pisco, and ginger simple syrup.

 

FIRST COURSE
Lyonnaise Salad - Frisse with bacon, poached egg, and a shallot and Dijon dressing 
Paired with Le Monde Pinot Grigio Friuli 

 

SECOND COURSE
Caramelized onion and bread soup 
Paired with La Clef du Recit Sancerre 

 

THIRD COURSE
Beef Bourguignon with Parsnip Puree 
Paired with Nicolas Potel Bourgogne Pinot Noir and Albino Rocca Langhe Nebbiolo Rosso di Rocca 

 

FOURTH COURSE
Plum and cherry tarte Tatin with buttermilk whipped cream
Paired with Typesetter Napa Cabernet Sauvignon
