Each ticket to the Wine Pairing Dinner includes:

Tantalize your senses and indulge in a thoughtfully curated four course dining experience with bold flavors from Chef Jared Forman. As seen on Food Network’s “Cutthroat Kitchen” and “Beat Bobby Flay”, Executive Chef and Owner of Worcester’s Deadhorse Hill restaurant, Chef Jared Forman, has created a special menu that will further elevate your wine pairing experience.

 

The wine pairing menu focuses on pairing each course with a local wine from four Massachusetts wineries: Brimfield Winery, Hardwick Winery, Broken Creek Vineyards, and Blisspoint Meadery. The wines chosen were carefully curated by Sommelier Missa Capozzo of Wine Down Events.

This special Wine Pairing Dinner is brought to you by the 6th annual Pioneer Valley Wine Festival. On June 7th and 8th, the festival will feature some of the best local and craft breweries, wineries, cideries, and meaderies for tasting and for purchase. Foodies can enjoy some cooking demonstrations from renown chefs and choose from an assortment of food vendors and food trucks. Support local from artisan craft makers and designers. Enjoy an action packed weekend of things to do while enjoying your delectable tastings. Start the day with a yoga session at the Wellness Tent followed with a ”sip and paint” interactive experience. Listen in on some expertise speakers from restauranteurs to brew masters and wine makers for panels and meet-and-greets you won’t want to miss. Take in the beauty of Auction Acres with a “sip and stroll” at the art walk featuring art from various museums as well as a live painting installment. And enjoy the sounds of live music with a lineup of incredible bands and performers.
