Wine Pairing for Summer Solstice

Description

Thank you for your interest in our Summer Solstice Dinner.  We want to give you an opportunity to purchase wine paring tickets with your meal.  

We will start with a pre-sit down 4oz glass of Appalachian Summer

The pairings are:

3oz glass of Magnolia with Heirloom tomato salad - Blueberry Jam, Mozzarella, Arugula, Basil

3 oz glass of Scarlet or Smoky Mountain Rose with Watermelon Gazpacho - Cucumber, Roasted Poblano, Tomato, Pickled Watermelon Rind

4 oz glass of Chardonnay with Pan Roasted Chicken with Watermelon glaze 

or 

4 oz glass of Cabernet Sauvignon with Beef Tenderloin with Cherry Bordelaise

3 oz glass of Blackberry with Mixed Local Berries, Shortbread, and Sabayon
