Winter Wonderland: Cake Decorating Class at Rustic Canyon

Learn the basics of cake assembly at our Winter Wonderland cake decorating class, in partnership with Rustic Canyon Recreation Center & the City of Los Angeles Recreation and Parks! This stunning in the trees property is the perfect place to learn a new skill while basking in holiday cheer. This all-levels class is perfect for anyone wanting to learn how to assemble a layered cake, and you'll leave with your own stunning 5" cake masterpiece decorated for the season!

In this class, you will:

• Learn Cake Assembly: Learn how to fill, assemble, and crumb coat a cake! Choose your favorite filling, from cookie butter, cookies & cream, rainbow sprinkles, and vanilla.
• Design and Decorate a Winter Wonderland Themed Naked Cake: Decorate your own 5" cake topped with cranberries, rosemary, sprinkles, and more!

Date and Time: Saturday, December 14, 2024, 2pm - 4pm

Ticket Information:

• $75/ticket, includes cake, frosting, all decorating supplies, step-by-step instructions.
• $140/pair of tickets.
