There will be optional offerings throughout such as restorative yoga, various styles of guided meditation, breath-work, intros to the labyrinth walking, forest bathing and much more. Healthy vegetarian snacks and meals are provided, and you will stay in a modern cabin, nestled inside of Indiana Dunes National Park.
