Share The Brighton & Hove Food Partnership's Community Kitchen is a cookery school where everyone can cook, learn new skills and enjoy food with others. We want everyone to experience the benefits of cooking and eating together. By paying for a cookery class, you help other people to attend cookery activities, regardless of finance, confidence or ability, and to make lasting changes to their lives.
Description
We are back this Summer with our World of Food sessions for the young cook in your life. These fun, hands-on workshops with experienced cookery teacher and mum Jess will see your child learning classic cooking skills whilst creating tasty dishes. You may never want to cook again!
The menu for this session is:
- Veggie Koftas
- Tzatziki dip
- Tiropita - Mini cheese filo pies
Skills covered include safe chopping techniques, mixing and measuring.
