Description

A chance for your child to learn classic cookery skills while creating tasty treats! This session features the cuisine of Spain.

We are back this summer holiday with our World of Food sessions for the young cook in your life. These fun, hands-on workshops with experienced cookery teacher and mum Cat will see your child learning classic cookery skills. You may never want to cook again!

The menu for this Spanish-themed session is:

  • Albondigas  - Spanish style veggie meatballs with smoky tomato sauce
  • Patatas Bravas

Skills covered include safe knife use (the bridge and the claw), safe frying, mixing and measuring.

Dietary requirements: The menu for the class is vegetarian. For any dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us to discuss before booking.

Tickets for this event include:

  • professional cookery tuition
  • all ingredients and equipment
  • soft drinks available throughout the session
  • a light meal to eat at the end of class or taste and take away
  • all recipes from the class
