Share The Brighton & Hove Food Partnership's Community Kitchen is a cookery school where everyone can cook, learn new skills and enjoy food with others. We want everyone to experience the benefits of cooking and eating together. By paying for a cookery class, you help other people to attend cookery activities, regardless of finance, confidence or ability, and to make lasting changes to their lives.

A chance for your child to learn classic cookery skills while creating tasty treats! This session features the cuisine of the Middle East
We are back this summer holiday with our World of Food sessions for the young cook in your life. These fun, hands-on workshops with experienced cookery teacher Jess will see your child learning classic cookery skills. You may never want to cook again!
The menu for this summer mezze themed session is:
- Falafels
- Tzatziki dip
- Tiropita - Mini cheese filo pies
Skills covered include safe knife use (the bridge and the claw), safe frying, mixing and measuring.
Dietary requirements: The menu for the class is vegetarian. For any dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us to discuss before booking.
Tickets for this event include:
- professional cookery tuition
- all ingredients and equipment
- a light meal to eat at the end of class or taste and take away
- all recipes from the class
