We are thrilled to invite you to our Yalda Night celebration, hosted in collaboration with the University of Sydney Persian Society, IRANSA, the Persian Society of UTS, and the Macquarie Persian Community.
Join us for a night of culture, joy, and unforgettable moments on Friday, December 20th, at The Epping Club. The event begins at 7:00 PM. Registration opens at 6:30 PM and closes strictly at 7:30 PM.
### Ticket Terms & Conditions
1. Tickets are non-refundable.
2. Valid ID required: All guests must bring a passport, photo ID, or driver’s license. Photocopies are not accepted.
3. Ticket Sales: Tickets must be purchased exclusively through [iransa.simpletix.com](http://iransa.simpletix.com). We are not responsible for tickets purchased elsewhere.
4. Student Tickets: Only students from registered NSW universities are eligible for student ticket rates and must present their student ID at registration.
5. Children Tickets: Children under 2 years old do not require a ticket for entry. Children aged 2 to 18 are eligible for student tickets. All attendees under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the event.
6. Dress Code: Formal attire is required. Entry may be denied if guests do not adhere to the dress code.
7. Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any dietary needs (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free) by December 15th via filling out the dietary preference section in the event questionnaire or emailing us.
8. Recording Policy: No professional cameras are permitted. By attending, you consent to photos and videos being taken, stored, and shared on our platforms. We retain ownership of all recordings but assume no responsibility for individuals featured.
