Yoga at the Museum continues this month with instructor Kryss Cote of Healing Light Yoga. Kryss is a Reiki Master/Teacher and 200hr Yoga Instructor. She has been leading individuals to deepen their connection with themselves for over 15 years. Reiki healing and yoga alignment are fundamental in connecting our mind, body, and spirit to bring about deep-rooted healing.  I utilize crystals, tuning forks, and singing bowls to assist in delivering ease and comfort to the nervous system.  Tickets are $25.00 each and include Museum Admission.
