Join us at 7pm on Thursday, January 16th, as we welcome back our talented friend, Evan Talen of Flavor Sherpa, for an evening focused on cheese and wine from around the world. Evan, a Certified Cheese Professional, will educate you on the various styles and production techniques of cheese while Tom, Grand Vin's Owner and a Certified Sommelier, will pair wine with each of the cheeses. Come and enjoy a 5-course whirlwind tour of cheese and wine with two of the biggest nerds in town!
