If a holiday or high-traffic day falls on an off-peak day, you can leave money on the table. By creating peak and off-peak ticket types, you can choose which days are exempt from off-peak pricing and flex passes. Season pass holders are your all-star customers. They attend more events and spend more on merch and concessions than regular attendees. They may be so enthusiastic about their experience that they share their pass with friends. With a season pass ticket type, the pass holder is required to upload a selfie that can only be viewed or changed by your staff. If they don’t upload a photo, or if they upload a bad one, your gate staff can snap an impromptu profile pic when the guest uses their pass for the first time.

SimpleTix super user: Vala’s Pumpkin Patch
In its nearly 40 years of operation, Vala’s Pumpkin Patch has become one of the biggest agrotourism farms in the nation. Vala’s uses SimpleTix to rent private campfire sites and party barns for reunions, parties, and corporate events.
Vala’s prices tickets to each site based on size and type. Each ticket type comes with its own unique set of perks and upsells.
Guests can choose their campsite or barn from a dynamic map on Vala’s SimpleTix event page. Hovering over each individual site shows the price and availability of that spot.
Once an attendee has chosen a site, they can choose their meal option and quantity. Vala’s offers individual items and plates, as well as group concessions, like its Hot Dog and S’mores box. As guests add their choice, the total price updates in real-time. At checkout, tickets and concessions are bundled into one convenient purchase.
