Offering different types of parking and camping options on a checkout page can be tricky.

SimpleTix created a custom ticketing page for the Forever Young Festival so that customers saw only the relevant parking and camping options based on their original ticket selection. For example, the three-day weekend ticket buyers will get options related to three-day camping and parking.

On the final page, the festival goers could pay via credit card and checkout. All the funds went directly to the festival’s merchant account with Stripe. This was one of the deciding factors of why Sharon Alston, the festival organizer, picked SimpleTix. Sharon needed access to the funds far before the event in order to secure the venue.
